Country SA mental wellbeing support service

Mind is now offering community based mental wellbeing support services to people with severe mental health conditions in South Australia’s Riverland region. We will help you build and strengthen social connections so you get the support you need.

Part of the Country Wellness Connections program, the Mind services include one-to-one support through our Help at home and in the community service and Connect Up group recreation and leisure activities.

We also offer those who find it difficult to travel or who live a great distance from our service sites a counselling and support service using a video link that allows face-to-face conversations to happen online.

Our virtual consulting room is secure, convenient and easy to use and can be accessed using a desktop computer, tablet or phone to login and talk with a qualified Mind mental health practitioner.

The Country Wellness Connections program is supported by funding from Country SA PHN through the Australian Government’s PHN program.
