One Small Step - ADELAIDE

The One Small Step service helps you to focus on physical health and wellness through community based activities and sports which in turn supports good mental health. We'll reconnect you with your physical health by linking you to fitness activities and sporting groups.

This service provides you with one-on-one support to navigate barriers or challenges you may be facing that can limit your involvement in physical activity.

In addition, One Small Step will be offering monthly group wellness sessions to promote holistic wellbeing and knowledge of actionable steps to improve physical health and wellness.
