Supported Independent Living - WHITE HILLS

Supported Independent Living services are for people who want to be free to live as they choose, but have access to staff on-site to assist them if necessary. At this residence, 24/7 support is provided by a staff team with specialised skills in supporting people with mental health-related disability and intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder or acquired brain injury. As a resident here, you will be supported to develop your confidence to live independently and achieve the goals in your NDIS plan.

Home Base Services (a Specialist Disability Accommodation provider) has partnered with Mind to present this brand new 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home near parkland in the White Hills area of Bendigo. 

This home is currently in construction, to be built to NDIS 'Robust' standard and will be available in November 2019. Who for:

People whose capacity to live independently is impacted by long-term mental ill-health, including those who also have intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, or acquired brain injury - AND - who have an NDIS package with Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation included to an appropriate level of funding.

How to access:

Applicants must be between 18-64 years of age and have the financial means to pay for the rent/board and utilities.
