If you or a loved one use a Mind service, your key worker or service manager will let you know our operational hours over the holiday period. If you’re unsure of your service’s operating hours please contact your key worker or call Mind’s customer service centre on 1300 286 463. 

Our Mind Connect and Carer Helpline services will be unavailable between Wednesday 25 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025. If you leave a message during this time we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

The holiday season can be an especially vulnerable and isolating time for people experiencing mental health challenges. However, there are plenty of support services and online resources available, including:
