headspace - Box Hill

headspace services provide free mental health and wellbeing support to young people aged 12 to 25 years. They exist to give young people a safe space and to provide them with tools, knowledge and ongoing support so they can proactively maintain their wellbeing.

headspace is a service that provides young people and their families with clinical and social support. Their role is to help young people harness their power so that they can be the best version of themselves, supporting them along the way.

headspace Box Hill offers information, advice, and support on topics such as:

• Mental health and wellbeing
• General health
• Alcohol and other drugs
• Education
• Employment
• Other mental health supports

Mind Australia manages the Box Hill centre and provides support through another two centres in Greensborough and Plenty Valley.

Who is headspace for?

Young people aged 12 to 25 years experiencing mental health issues or drug and alcohol problems.

headspace Box Hill is funded by the federal government via the Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network.

How do I register my interest in headspace?

Walk in or referral from any health or social welfare provider, youth-oriented service, or education provider.
