headspace is a one-stop shop where young people and their families can access clinical and social support.

headspace offers information, advice and support on: mental health and wellbeing; general health; alcohol and other drugs; education, employment and other services. Mind manages the Greensborough headspace centre and provides support through another 10 centres.

For young people experiencing mental health issues or drug and alcohol problems.

How to access:

Walk in or referral from any health or social welfare provider, youth-oriented service or education provider.

Outcome statement:

Knowledge of the support services that can be accessed to promote mental health and wellbeing for young people.
